“Where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.” — Mark 9:44

Jesus spoke about hell in Scripture—not because He wanted to condemn people, but because He wanted to save them from it.

Hell is not a scare tactic. It is a reality. And the repetition in Scripture is intentional—God is emphasizing something we cannot afford to ignore.

Sin is not small. It separates us from our Heavenly Father.
But God’s grace is greater—and it rescues.

The same Jesus who warned about hell is the One who stretched out His hands on the cross so you would never have to go there.

Reflection:
Have I minimized sin in my life?
Is there anything I am holding onto that is pulling me away from God?
What do I need to surrender today?

Jesus, thank You for loving me enough to warn me. Show me anything in my life that needs to change. Give me the strength to walk away from sin. In Jesus’ name, Amen!

Conviction is not condemnation—it is God reaching for you. Every warning is an act of love.
