When a grape is crushed, juice comes out.
When you are pressed — something comes out.
The real question is: What is inside of you? Psalm 119:11 says, “Your word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against You.”
The Word of God is a seed. And when that seed is planted in your heart, something supernatural happens. It may sit dormant for a while. It may seem quiet. But when pressure comes — the Word rises.
God promises:
“So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth;
It shall not return to Me void…” (Isaiah 55:11)
His Word accomplishes its purpose. When it is planted in you, it will produce life.
The enemy hopes that when you’re squeezed, fear comes out. Doubt. Anger. Complaint.
But when the Word is hidden in your heart?
Faith comes out.
Peace comes out.
Authority comes out.
Reflection Questions:

What seeds have you been planting in your heart lately?
Is there a Scripture you need to memorize for your current season?
Encouragement:
If you feel pressed right now, don’t panic. Let God's word arise out of you. Ask Him to make His Word the loudest voice inside you.
Prayer:
Lord, plant Your Word deeply in me. When I am pressed, let life come out. Let faith rise up. In Jesus’ name, amen.
